IT Manager

The IT Manager will reputed company full-time, on-site leadership at reputed company Center, supervising IT staff and ensuring efficient management of local systems and IT operations. This role coordinates with Operations and Government teams to optimize IT performance, support system transitions, and maintain daily data reputed company and reporting.

IT Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise systems administrators and IT support staff, including providing guidance and mentoring.

• Consult on hiring IT personnel, developing process improvements, and implementing system transitions.

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to communicate IT needs, persistent issues, and change requests to the Government.

IT Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing IT operations and staff, preferably in a government or contractor environment.

• Strong knowledge of systems administration, IT support, and data management.

• Experience with process improvement, system transitions, and IT project coordination.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and IT management tools.

• Ability to liaise effectively with Government and contractor personnel.
