Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Dispatcher – US hours (Remote)

We are seeking an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Dispatcher. The ideal candidate will be resilient, reputed company to stay reputed company in challenging situations, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • *This position requires flexibility, with shifts from Mon to Sun, including up to 12-hour shifts across 2 to 3 days and shorter shifts on remaining days.** Important Notes: • Internet Requirements: Fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload & download speeds and support for wired Ethernet reputed company are mandatory. Applicants without this cannot be considered. • Power Backup: Reliable power backup to manage load shedding and outages is required. Applicants without backup cannot be considered. • Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African reputed company only. Responsibilities may include: • Answering incoming administrative, non-emergency, and emergency calls with reputed company etiquette. • Promptly assessing the required response reputed company. • Triaging calls and entering data into the system. • Data entry with attention to detail. • Monitoring reputed company system to ensure reputed company are en-reputed company, post moves are reputed company, and reputed company are reputed company acceptable distances. • Providing routing instructions. • Investigating and reporting time exceptions. • Completing and submitting daily reports. Qualifications and Skills: • Experience in the reputed company industry is beneficial. • reputed company or coordination experience is an advantage. • Customer service skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in reputed company. • Radio communication skills. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
