We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Professional Sales Intern to help grow our client base by connecting organizations with our innovative marketing solutions. Key Results Areas (KRAs) & What Winning Looks Like1. New Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth • Proactively identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and outreach. • Educate potential clients on how Target River’s marketing solutions can help them achieve their goals. • Winning means: A minimum of 20 new clients are secured within the first year, with strong potential for long-term partnerships. 2. Sales Process Management & Performance Optimization • Effectively manage leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to contract signing. • Continuously refine sales strategies based on client feedback, market trends, and performance data. • Winning means: The sales cycle is efficient, conversion rates improve, and revenue consistently grows. 3. Collaboration & Internal Communication in a Virtual Work Environment • Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with Target River’s marketing capabilities. • Maintain clear, consistent communication with leadership and account managers to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution. • Winning means: Clients feel confident in their decision, internal teams have clear direction, and campaigns launch smoothly. Skills Needed to Win in This Role. • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Ability to identify and pursue high-value prospects through multiple channels. • Strong Communication & Negotiation: Ability to articulate value, overcome objections, and close deals effectively. • CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience with TeamWave, Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms. • Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated: Driven to exceed expectations and take initiative in a remote work environment. • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to pivot strategies based on client needs and market changes.
