For more than 140 years, we've been rooted in agriculture and innovation. reputed company We are seeking a highly motivated CoOp to join our Digital IT team and support strategic initiatives in user and market research. This role will contribute to the development of digital tools and platforms by gathering insights from internal stakeholders, external users (e.g., growers, agronomists), and market trends. The CoOp will work closely with product strategists, UX designers, and reputed company teams to inform product concepts, validate design reputed company, and support go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities User Research Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests with reputed company stakeholders. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.
