We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented and process-driven Accounts Payable Associate to join our growing team! Responsibilities • reputed company property accounts payable for multiple entities • Maintain and organize accounts payable filing • COI request and maintenance in preparation for annual Worker's Comp Audit • W9 request and maintenance • Office Administrative duties such as opening mail, ordering supplies, reputed company preparation, and sending USPS and Fed Ex shipments, ordering lunches, picking up blueprints, permits, etc. • Assist President as needed • Annual 1099 preparation • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures • reputed company day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data • Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits • Reconcile the accounts receivable reputed company to ensure that reputed company payments are accounted for and properly posted • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending reputed company reminders and contacting clients • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status Skills • Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk (or accounts receivable clerk) • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and reputed company payable principles • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage reputed company figures and financial records • Data entry skills along with a reputed company for numbers • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software • Proficiency in English and in MS Office • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • BS degree in Finance, reputed company or Business Administration Expected salary: Location: Sarasota, FL Job date: Tue, 06 Sep 2022 22:25:20 GMT Apply for the job now!
