Job Description and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Entering customer and account data from source documents within designated time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Compiling, verifying, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry, using your organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure that all information is accurate and reliable
  • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, using your problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Scanning documents and printing files as needed, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
  • Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files, providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Complying with data integrity and security policies, adhering to our company's high standards for data protection and confidentiality

Essential Qualifications and Skills
