About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in our organization, responsible for reviewing syndicated loan notices for manual extraction and data input, reviewing automated data extraction results, and ensuring speed and accuracy when reviewing and/or inputting data. Key Responsibilities

• Review syndicated loan notices for manual extraction and data input, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Review automated data extraction results, identifying any discrepancies or errors
• Work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
• Utilize strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to ensure efficient data entry and management
• Comfortably work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Work Schedule and Requirements

This is an hourly position with core hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (CST), although other hours may be required based on business need. Shifts are scheduled in minimum 4-hour increments, with a minimum of 8 hours expected during peak days (typically 2-3 days per month). The days worked per month are typically 3 to 10 days only, and working days are based exclusively on business needs, requiring flexibility in terms of work hours and workdays.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficiency with all current technology and Microsoft Office 365 programs, including laptop functionality, video conferencing software (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and online software programs for data entry
• Ability to utilize multiple web applications simultaneously and find specific data points based on guidance/logical reasoning
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility in terms of work hours and workdays, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
