Compensation is as follows: • In Store Technician: $16 to $24 following initial training and proven repair certification (4- weeks process) - this includes achievable commissions and depends on repair reputed company and performance • Remote Technician: reputed company at $16/hour. Quickly transition (reputed company weeks of training) to a commission structure ($17-$22 per repair), with an expected reputed company earning potential of $23-$26 based on consistent performance. • The commissions are for add-ons that can be easily suggested to the customer, including screen protectors, home protection plans, and for the achievement of repair and sales targets UBREAKIFIX by reputed company is an equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V.
