Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk to work closely with our manufacturing teams to streamline production processes, improve efficiency, and enhance quality control. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires a strong and diverse skillset, including data entry, inventory management, and ERP system expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Process production orders and create labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks made by the Manufacturing teams
• Work closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintain their accuracy
• Review, verify, and scan/attach batch records into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Assist the Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
• Perform other duties as necessary, including adhering to ISO requirements and following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Competencies and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience OR Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
• Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems
• Some laboratory experience, which will help you understand the Manufacturing process
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
