That's why we're dedicated to creating a culture of learning, collaboration, and growth, where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Director to join our Colleague Experience Group (CEG) as a Strategic Partner for Global Pricing and Global Client Group. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving business success by delivering a great colleague experience, growing the best talent, and developing new ways of working to unlock enterprise value. If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for HR and business strategy, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-impact consultation and solutions to business leaders using a practical and data-driven approach.
  • Engage actively in organizational effectiveness and change efforts, serving as the expert in how change is led and sustained.
  • Build and lead a talent strategy that drives business performance, nurtures a culture that supports agility, and develops leaders who can lead, manage, and sustain change.
  • Set and hold a high bar for performance by defining high/low performance and holding leaders accountable to managing their talent against these standards.
  • Lead business partners through the mid-year talent assessment process and career development.
  • Understand and improve the 'moments that matter' in the careers of our colleagues.
  • Be proactive in the development, engagement, retention, and succession of critical talent.
  • Ensure colleague growth, including senior leaders, through performance and developmental feedback.
  • Integrate inclusive leadership behaviors and ensure a diverse workforce that is representative of our customers and the communities in which we operate.
  • Provide insights to senior leadership to define, communicate, and embed the business strategy.
  • Develop products, processes, and tools informed by colleague data and insights. Co-create with business leaders and CEG colleagues to ensure the solutions meet business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

We're looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in HR and business strategy. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5 years of related experience in HR or a related field.
  • Knowledge of multiple CEG/HR subject areas, including employee relations, talent management, inclusion and diversity, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and leadership development.

Preferred Qualifications or Experiences

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for HR and business strategy. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Intellectual courage and curiosity.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills – ability to effectively build support and take risks.
  • Confidence in communications and in recommendations.
  • Ability to prioritize independently amongst competing deliverables and leadership teams.
  • The ability to craft and deliver high-quality, end-to-end, colleague-centric solutions that enable business success.
  • Using data to develop insights, make decisions, build solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • A global mindset and experiences with different countries and cultures.

Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits

We're committed to creating a culture of learning and growth, where everyone has the opportunity to develop their skills and advance their careers. As a Director in our Colleague Experience Group, you'll have access to:

  • Regular coaching and feedback from senior leaders and peers.
  • Opportunities for professional development and training, including leadership development programs and industry conferences.
  • A global network of colleagues who share your passion for HR and business strategy.
  • A culture of innovation and experimentation, where you'll have the freedom to try new approaches and ideas.

We're a global company with a diverse and inclusive culture. Our colleagues come from all over the world and bring their unique perspectives and experiences to the table. We're committed to creating a workplace that's welcoming and inclusive for everyone, regardless of their background, culture, or identity. As a Director in our Colleague Experience Group, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for HR and business strategy.

  • Bonus incentives and equity opportunities.
  • Benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits.
