Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer service needs, communicating effectively with technical and service departments to ensure seamless resolution
  • Utilize computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications to navigate and resolve customer issues
  • Provide standardized or scripted responses, using basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens and established documentation and processes
  • Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Determine basic reasons for customer issues using client-provided decision trees, escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced representatives or designated departments

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center experience, either remote or onsite, within the last 18 months
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mid-shift to late shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in navigating computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications
  • Ability to learn and apply job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • Previous experience working in a call center environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of payment and account-related processes, including card activations, payments, and name and address updates
  • Familiarity with association guidelines and compliance, as well as online manuals and specific client training
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
