About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments in a professional and courteous manner
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to ensure data accuracy and compliance

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a focus on healthcare or a related field
  • Over 18 years of age and high school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and proficiency in Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Work from Home Requirements

  • Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms to ensure reliable and stable connectivity
