Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing delays
- Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information, ensuring a positive and informative experience

Essential Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check

- Knowledge of lead and workflow management principles and practices
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
