About the Role

As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming customer contacts, and supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer satisfaction at all times, following provided guidelines and doing whatever is necessary to support customers.
• Handle incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat, social media, or reviews, and log call details onto call tracking systems.
• Support consumers in the sales and after-sales process by qualifying their needs, recommending products, providing after-sales support, and performing additional tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Forward escalations and defined topics to the respective client's brand units and/or contact persons, and de-escalate complaints by offering solutions within client procedures and policies.
• Ensure correct presentation of the client's corporate images in all interactions, representing their brand and generating consumer experience through outstanding service and personal care on all channels.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Be bilingual or proficient in German and advanced English.
• Be self-motivated, a team player, supportive, outgoing, and open-minded.
• Have active listening and comprehension skills, as well as very good written skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Have a goal-oriented attitude, time management skills, and minimum knowledge of Office pack and keyboarding skills.

Essential Qualifications
