Job Overview

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess their eligibility for potential compensation, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the process. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for potential compensation, utilizing an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls
  • Speak with 40-50 callers daily, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation, requiring strong multitasking skills to listen, answer questions, and view multiple windows simultaneously
  • Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Accurately utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), following scripts and guidelines to ensure seamless interactions with customers
  • Participate in training and ongoing learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and optimize productivity

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional support and care to customers
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and resolve issues efficiently

  • A strong background in call center environments and sales-focused roles, with a minimum of 2+ years of phone sales and customer service experience
  • Residency in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable technology, including a hardwired desktop or laptop PC, high-speed internet, and a noise-cancellation headset

  • A competitive salary range starting at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses, and total compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+)

Work Schedule and Expectations

As a full-time Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will work a schedule of 40 hours per week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern

You should be available to work 40+ hours per week, with the ability to proactively manage appointments and other responsibilities during earned vacation days or outside business hours.
