**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customs Trade Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, internal stakeholders, and government agencies
* Processing customs shipments, including data entry, documentation, and compliance with regulations
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including documentation and tracking information
* Collaborating with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

**Essential Qualifications:**

* HS Certificate or GED required
* At least 6 months of work experience in a related field (e.g. data entry, customer service, logistics)
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in customs trade, logistics, or international trade
* Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures
* Experience with data entry software and systems
* Strong organizational and time management skills
