You will be responsible for identifying trends and performance metrics to improve the Quality Control process, and for creating and presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. **Responsibilities** The responsibilities of the Quality Control Standards Data Analyst may include, but are not limited to: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assisting with exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Presenting findings, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Helping to create and disseminate specific questions to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analysis, statistics, or computer science. * A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Knowledge of data visualization tools and capacities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. * Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **Preferred Qualifications** * Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field. * Experience working in a data-driven environment, with a focus on quality control and process improvement. * Familiarity with cloud-based applications and web development. * Experience with data visualization tools and capacities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. **What We Offer** * A competitive salary of $28/hour. * Free, unlimited space available travel benefits for yourself (assessments and expenses may apply on international travel). * A dynamic and innovative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development. * A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. * A 401(k) retirement plan, with company match. * Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
