Our model prioritizes consistency, trust, and accessibility in systems where they are too often missing. reputed company: As a Virtual Therapist with reputed company, you’ll reputed company compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care to youth aged 5–26 and their caregivers. You’ll work with clients navigating instability, system involvement, and reputed company trauma—often across multiple placements. Our care model prioritizes continuity, relational care, and caregiver support. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver virtual 1:1 therapy to youth and caregivers using evidence-informed, trauma-reputed company modalities • Conduct clinical assessments, create reputed company care plans, and reputed company reputed company over time through measurement based care • Build relational continuity across transitions, serving clients through placement changes or life events • Collaborate with non-clinical care advocates to ensure clients can reputed company needed services • Offer caregiver support sessions to improve family stability and reputed company reputed company • Maintain thorough and reputed company clinical documentation in line with reputed company and telehealth standards • Attend weekly supervisory, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions • reputed company support in moments of escalation or crisis in alignment with trauma-informed care best practices • Engage in peer consultation and cross-functional collaboration with other clinicians and care team members What Sets This Role Apart: • Work with a low caseload to prioritize depth, trust, and engagement • Serve youth often excluded from traditional care models, including those without consistent caregivers or reputed company placements • Join reputed company where lived experience in foster care, kinship care, or system involvement isn’t just valued, it’s central to how we build trust and deliver care that works. • Contribute to a care model that integrates behavioral health with care coordination, reputed company navigation, education, and advocacy. What You Need: • Master's degree in reputed company work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy • reputed company, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in VA required; multi-state licensure a plus • Minimum 2 year experience providing mental health care to children, adolescents, or families • Experience with (or deep interest in) foster care, adoption, or juvenile justice systems • Familiarity with trauma-informed practices and culturally reputed company care • Comfortable working reputed company and learning new tools and systems • Ability to create reputed company, consistent spaces for youth navigating reputed company or mistrust • Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure and background checks as needed • Approval to reputed company reputed company-covered services or experience billing reputed company is a strong plus • Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a strong plus.
