Our team members are passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and families, and we are committed to providing the resources and opportunities necessary for our employees to grow and succeed. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing the sales and clinical teams for your assigned territory, nurturing our culture of trust, honor, and integrity, and showcasing proven success developing & executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals. Your key responsibilities will include: * Directing the region's sales activities that result in meeting annual growth and revenue objectives * Leading/managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members * Directing the sales performance in specified region * Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactively managing performance * Developing strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts * Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales * Leading difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects * Collaborating with cross-functional departments within the organization in order to support region growth **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue in the medical device industry * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams to produce exceptional results * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships with executives, managers, and sales teams * Proven success developing and executing sales strategies that achieve exceptional results * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role: * Experience working in a medical device company, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends * Strong knowledge of sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics * Experience leading cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical teams * Strong understanding of sales enablement tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales analytics platforms * Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays **Skills and Competencies** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams to produce exceptional results * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships with executives, managers, and sales teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong understanding of sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics * Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with the resources and opportunities necessary for career growth and development.
