As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about harnessing the power of data to drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and stay ahead of the competition. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Immediate to Buyer Item and Tech Examination group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and optimize our operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business initiatives and decision-making processes. * Respond to key business questions and provide expert knowledge on various business streams on D+ and Hulu to enhance customer experiences and drive conversions. * Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products. * Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. * Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering). * 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an analytics and data science space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets. * Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analysis projects: from unclear requirements to a compelling story, accessible to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome. * Excellent communication and interpersonal (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners, and present to senior leadership. **Good to Have** * Master's degree in a quantitative field. * Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. * Experience with marketing landing pages, join channels, and business spaces. * Ability to identify and effectively escalate issues to management. * Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience. * Strong motivation and ability to work independently. * Exceptional written and oral communication skills. * Humor and creativity. * Unique interests or areas of expertise that impact the way you interact with others and tackle business challenges. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25. * Flexible, remote work arrangement with 8 hours of work per week. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of data enthusiasts and innovators. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented data analyst with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
