**Your Role as a Customer Service Associate**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of blithequark, handling a high volume of calls and emails from our valued sellers and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing transactions and relationships with sellers and customers, ensuring timely resolution of order-related issues
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to a broad range of event and order-related questions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends, marketplaces, and best practices to provide expert guidance to sellers and customers
**Your Career Growth and Development**
At blithequark, we're committed to your growth and development. Here's a snapshot of your role expectations over the first 30, 90, and 180 days:
* **30 days in**: Complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about blithequark's operations and the live event industry. Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
* **60 days in**: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine fault, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.
* **90 days in**: Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed as a Customer Service Associate, you'll need:
* **Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills**: You'll be handling a high volume of calls and emails, so attention to detail and effective communication are crucial.
* **Strong customer service mindset**: You'll embody a problem-solving, decision-making, and resolution-oriented approach to customer service.

**Work Environment and Schedule**
Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid model with 3 days in office and 2 days at home. Your work schedule will be:
* Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off
* Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off
**Compensation and Benefits**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll enjoy:
