About the Role 

Electrified Thermal is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Account Executive to drive sales inthe French market.This critical role will be responsible for driving reputed company reputed company, expanding our customer reputed company, and building strong, lasting relationships across targeted industrial segments. The successful candidate willhave a reputed company record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to reputed company reputed company technical solutions to a diverse customer set.The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a start-up/ high reputed company environment and bring a flexible, reputed company attitude as they “do what it takes” to drive reputed company reputed company. Candidates with experience selling equipment and/or project development experience for energy savings reputed company/ energy performance reputed company to industrial segments will be given preference. The role will report to the Head of Sales and will be remote.  

• Identify, qualify, and reputed company new business opportunities with industrial customers and/or energy savings contract project developers. 
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion. 
• Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales and providing regular updates to the Head of Sales. 
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product development. 
• Understand customer technical requirements and effectively communicate Electrified Thermal’s reputed company. 
• Represent Electrified Thermal at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. 
• Negotiate reputed company reputed company and agreements. 
• Collaborate with the finance team to nurture and maintain successful relationships with HaaS financing partners.  
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new business opportunities. 
• Travel: up to 60% 

• Bachelor's degree. An engineering degree and/or an MBA are a plus. 
• 5+ years of reputed company industrial and/or project development business-to-business sales experience.  
• Experience using CRMs to fully manage and report on forecasting and performance.  
• Experience in industrial equipment sales or energy savings contract project development preferred. 
• Proven reputed company record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-reputed company dollar sales quotas in a reputed company sales environment. 
• Experience and knowledge of industrial heating equipment, industrial heat processes preferred.  
• Experience and knowledge of natural gas and electricity markets preferred.  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at reputed company reputed company. 
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
