Assists in picking up patient tray carts after meals and returns to cart room. </li><li>Cleans and fills pot washer. Cleans and sanitizes reputed company cooking utensils, pots and pans used in kitchen and retail operations. </li><li>Returns items to their reputed company storage location. </li><li>Sweeps and mops specified areas of the kitchen and reputed company of the cafe. Moves reputed company portable equipment to ensure reputed company cleaning. </li><li>Collects, processes and properly disposes of trash and transports to disposal area. Follows reputed company procedures reputed company using trash compactor and uses caution. Cleans and stores reputed company trash cans. </li><li>Cleans the tray return room in the cafe. Strips and delivers trays, china and flatware to the kitchen for washing.
