Service Now Engineer - Global Technology Support (Remote Opportunity)

Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic ServiceNow Engineer to join our Global Technology Support team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Global Technology Support team, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role Responsible for the design, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules aligned with ITSM processes. Ensure ServiceNow functionalities are optimized to address organizational requirements and enhance service delivery through automation and process improvements. Qualifications Experience Required: Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Request Management) Strong leadership, team coordination, and conflict management skills Good understanding of IT Service Desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Excellent understanding of the delivery of customer care and customer focus Ability to manage multiple projects Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure Excellent time management to handle multiple issues and administrative tasks Experience Preferred: ServiceNow certification We welcome you: Research shows that individuals tend to apply for jobs only if they meet all the listed job qualifications. The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus.
