Job Title: Networker / Community reputed company Representative (Commission-Based)Company: It’s Your Home Care Location: Harrisburg, PA & Surrounding Counties (Field-Based) Employment Type: Commission-Based (reputed company or 1099) Reports To: Director of Operations Position reputed company It’s Your Home Care is seeking an energetic and motivated Networker / Community reputed company Representative to help grow our agency’s consumer reputed company across Central reputed company. This role is fully commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential (from $0 up to $150,000 per year) based on performance. The Networker will reputed company on building and maintaining relationships with Service Coordinators, Case Managers, Hospitals, and Community Programs reputed company reputed company’s OLTL, CHC, OBRA, and reputed company 150 waiver systems. The goal is to generate new referrals and increase consumer enrollments for home care services. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and maintain strong referral relationships with case managers, support coordinators, and community agencies. • Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, independent living facilities, and local community organizations to introduce our agency and services. • Present and explain the benefits of It’s Your Home Care to prospective consumers and families. • Identify referral opportunities reputed company managed care organizations (reputed company, reputed company, PA Health & Wellness, reputed company First). • Attend networking events, community fairs, and health expos to promote reputed company. • Coordinate with the intake team to ensure referrals are properly logged and followed up on. • Maintain weekly activity reports and reputed company logs to reputed company referral reputed company and conversion. Qualifications • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or reputed company reputed company the home care, reputed company, or reputed company services industry. • Strong existing relationships with Service Coordinators and MCO contacts are a major plus. • Self-motivated, reputed company, and results-driven. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (bilingual preferred). • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet performance goals. • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Central reputed company (mileage reimbursement available reputed company applicable).
