Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master

Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master Remote (Eastern Time Zone) Temporary – 3-Month Assignment TempExperts is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master for a fully remote, 3-month project. This position blends Scrum Master and Agile Business Analyst functions, ideal for a proactive professional skilled in cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and Agile delivery. • *Must have proven expertise in Jira setup, reporting, and estimation.** Responsibilities: • Stand up a Kanban board and lead process improvements for the Data Team. • Build a centralized ticket submission process and dashboard for Editorial, Marketing, and Client Services. • Develop a RACI and resource plan with velocity estimates and Gantt chart tracking (via Smartsheet/Jira) for priority Mar-Tech integration, data, and web application projects. • Create and maintain CDP destination training materials. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, with a focus on rapid iteration and measurable impact. • Design and implement ticket workflows, automate system integrations, and provide consistent project status updates to leadership and stakeholders. • Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to define and document requirements, write user stories, and create supporting training materials. Requirements/Education: • Minimum 3 years of experience running Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall). • Proven expertise in Jira setup, reporting, and estimation. • Experience with story pointing, resourcing, and large initiative planning. • Strong proficiency with Smartsheet and similar project-tracking tools. • Flexible, solutions-oriented mindset—able to balance structure with adaptability. • Available to work full-time Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm ET (remote).
