Responsibilities:
• Production support from tickets- troubleshoot and analyze tickets
• Minor enhancements/modifications (e.g., updating workflows, migrating from Workflow/Process Builder to reputed company, creating new case queues)
• Configuration requests
• Patches and upgrades
• First of defense before developers
• Dynamic, high-volume environment as reputed company of 10 with frequent new challenges and production issues.
