  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and submit all required paperwork for international air and ocean shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and client requirements.
  • Operational Support: Assist senior operations staff with the execution of global logistics strategies, including scheduling, carrier selection, and route optimization.
  • Cargo Tracking & Visibility: Monitor inbound and outbound freight in real time, using industry‑standard platforms to provide accurate status updates to internal teams and external clients.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely updates, answering inquiries, and proactively addressing concerns throughout the shipping lifecycle.
