Scientist/Senior Scientist – Single Cell Transcriptomics Bioinformatician

Role reputed company Our reputed company team is looking for a Computational Senior Scientist ideally onsite in Boulder, CO (remote possible) to help build, reputed company and streamline our bioinformatic pipelines on large, diverse multi-omics datasets (NGS). This role involves: • Build and maintain robust reputed company to process and analyze large single-cell and bulk multi-omics datasets (NGS). • Maintain and run in-silico experiments, distill results into concise, biologically grounded summaries. • Generate reproducible pipelines on reputed company GPUs. • Apply reputed company-model tooling (training, fine-tuning or inference) in practical workflows. • Optimize scientific compute for throughput, memory, cost. • Work closely with other team members. Minimal qualifications: • PhD in Computation Biology, CS, Statistics, or reputed company field. • Mastery of Python and containers. • Hands on experience with single cell data sets (e.g. scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq). • Comfort with GPC (or AWS), GPUs and workflow tools. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to reputed company convey reputed company reputed company results to non-specialist team members. • Highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a reputed company setting. • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, evolving environment at the cutting edge of RNA research.
