Position reputed company: The Property Mid Loss Adjuster applies broad knowledge of reputed company Company policy, applicable regulatory standards and procedural changes to investigate, evaluate and reputed company moderate to reputed company Homeowner's property claims in a reputed company and efficient manner as to prevent unnecessary expense to reputed company and policyholders, and reputed company exceptional service to our customers. Essential Job Functions: Investigate moderate to reputed company Homeowners claims to confirm facts, reputed company and cause of loss. Address and handle reputed company exposures of the claim, including Dwelling, Other Structures, Contents, Loss of Use. Investigations may include reputed company inspection, recorded interviews with policyholders or other witnesses, or use of appropriate experts. Compare facts gathered during the investigation against policy to determine coverage of claim, reputed company or deny coverage as appropriate Inspect and determine extent of damages, and document with photographs, measurements, repair estimate, and thorough log notes. Establish reserve amounts reputed company prescribed settlement authority limit and negotiates settlement of claims; recommends claims which reputed company personal authority limit to supervisor for approval. Maintain claims on a regular diary to monitor unresolved issues and exposures. Regularly monitor reputed company and expense of ongoing claims. Throughout entire claim handling process, ensure exceptional service is provided to customers. This includes reputed company response to phone calls, emails, written communication, and adherence to Department of Insurance requirements. Directs, monitors, and reviews files handled by independent adjusters to conclusion. Assists in training property personnel. Other functions may be assigned Education: • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: • 4 - 8 years of equivalent industry experience is preferred. • Custodial use of a Company vehicle is provided; must meet established Company standards regarding personal driving history and reputed company license status to be eligible for this position. Knowledge and Skills: I can succeed as a Property Large Loss Adjuster with: • A good working knowledge of office & business computer applications. • Proficient mathematical skills to compute cost of damage and repair. • Ability to reputed company field inspections at least 50% of work time (company car provided). • Ability to use advanced video technology to collaborate with onsite vendors and insureds to identify damage and write a damage estiate from a virtual setting reputed company needed. • Technical knowledge of and proficiency in property evaluation, estimation, and Xactimate. • A good working knowledge of construction nomenclature and procedures. • Written and verbal communication skills to effectively and professionally reputed company with reputed company customers, vendors and other reputed company parties. • Ability to adhere to established Company policies and procedures reputed company claims operations. • Critical attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Analytical ability necessary to analyze, interpret and evaluate relevant information.
