• Manage, maintain, and organize the delivery of marketing materials requested by assigned stores, ensuring that our messaging is consistent and effective.
• Create and execute an efficient daily driving plan to maximize customer service for all assigned stores, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Make regular calls to store coordinators to maintain open lines of communication and provide updates on our fundraising initiatives.
• Provide weekly documentation of store visits and communication, ensuring that our team is informed and able to track progress.
• Meet with March of Dimes contacts on an as-needed basis to discuss strategies, share feedback, and align efforts.
• Focus on recruiting family and corporate teams for March For Babies and support them with fundraising strategies, leveraging your creativity and resourcefulness to drive success.

Essential Qualifications

• A reliable cell phone to make calls and/or a computer to access online training videos, ensuring that you are always connected and able to perform your duties.
• A reliable car, as this role involves travel to assigned stores (mileage reimbursement will be provided).
• The ability to lift and carry boxes, as you will be responsible for managing and delivering marketing materials.
