About the Role

The Full Stack General Upwork Application Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to our platform
• Creating and managing job postings, job descriptions, and other recruitment materials to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps, and develop solutions to meet business needs
• Providing exceptional customer service to candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive and seamless experience
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies and improve outcomes
• Analyzing data and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and other partners
• Contributing to the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of belonging and inclusion

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
• Proven experience with full-stack recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making
• Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms
