About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Virtual Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our professional customers, and executing a sales strategy that meets our business objectives. Key Responsibilities
The Virtual Sales Representative will be responsible for the following key areas:
- 60% Outbound Account Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
- 30% Inbound Account & Order Management: Manage and resolve customer inquiries, orders, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- 10% Account Review & Development: Regularly review customer accounts to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and competencies:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Must pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail or sales experience, preferably in the home improvement industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
Education:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on sales, marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a retail or home improvement setting.
Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong energetic listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Understanding and awareness of strategic planning to identify, target, and execute plans for sales growth.
- Highly motivated and assertive.
