With a strong focus on family-centered care, we strive to equip both children and their families with the necessary skills for strong, satisfying relationships and a better quality of life. **Job Responsibilities** As an Autism Behavior Technician with Key Autism Services, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, implementing ABA therapy and counseling programs established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include: * Providing one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum * Collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions * Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans * Working collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy * Being responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors * Maintaining professionalism in all aspects of your work * Arriving on time and being prepared for therapy sessions **Growth Opportunities in the Field of ABA** At Key Autism Services, we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
