Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
• Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting, or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Physical ability to lift up to 35lbs, reputed company fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sit on floor level or in a chair, or stand for periods of time
• Ability to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children
• Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
