Litigation Paralegal (Remote-Local Candidates Only)

The ideal candidate will have expertise in state and federal court filings, calendaring, and trial support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, file, and manage reputed company documents in both state and federal courts. • Maintain and reputed company court deadlines and case-reputed company schedules through efficient calendaring. • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including document organization, exhibit preparation, and case research. • Draft reputed company correspondence, pleadings, and other reputed company documents. • Conduct reputed company research and reputed company relevant case materials. • Liaise with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed. • Manage case files and ensure reputed company documentation is up to date and organized.
