Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our elite team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing guidance and support to individuals navigating the health insurance landscape. Compensation Details

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base Pay: $14.50 per hour
  • Enhanced Rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Have a minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s
  • Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Have a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
  • Complete a background check and health screening
  • Have Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite are not compatible with our internal systems)

Essential Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handling customer inquiries and providing support via phone
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Application Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering customer data into our systems
  • Online chat inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries via online chat as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Creative problem-solving skills: Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Adapting to changing projects and updates in a fast-paced environment
  • Time and task management: Effectively managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing: Committing to ongoing learning and professional development
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Moderate to Advanced computer skills
  • A high level of comfort learning new technology
  • A high level of professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home
  • Self-motivated and success-driven

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experience is preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
