As a Live Chat Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in resolving end-user inquiries, providing accurate information, and handling customer situations in a reputed company and effective manner. Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve end-user inquiries by utilizing multiple technologies, including chat and web-based inquiries
