Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer care team to achieve service goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our service delivery.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to address unique customer issues, thinking creatively to find solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services, making recommendations and providing information to customers as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $17.00 per hour, with a $1 per hour increase after the 60-day provisional period.
