About the Role

As a Remote Customer Care Agent at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with clients to understand their needs and create personalized travel experiences.   • Prepare client documents and travel tips, advising on what to print and providing essential information for a seamless travel experience
  • Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
  • Set schedules and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing client profiles and bookings
  • Serve as backup travel support and main point of contact as needed, providing emergency support outside of normal office hours
