**About the Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences for AOP Christian Homeschool. You'll be the face of blithequark, responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering personalized solutions that meet their unique needs. Your passion for customer service, combined with your exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond positively to customer calls, emails, and other direct contacts in a timely manner
* Communicate clearly, both written and in speech, to both internal and external customers
* Resolve all concerns in the best interest of both the customer and the company
* Determine customer's needs and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions
* Use multiple CRM's at once to assist the customer
* Other duties as required
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of customer service experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
* Experience with CRM systems is desirable
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage time effectively
* Demonstrated ability to resolve difficult customer issues while maintaining professionalism with appropriate tone and manner
* Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and follow through on all tasks
* Self-motivated with the ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, education)
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with educational software and platforms
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
