As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about technology and customer service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into our ticketing system for review by our Help Desk technicians * Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring that customers receive exceptional customer service * Emailing responses to customers to keep them informed of the status of their requests * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions * Working collaboratively with our Help Desk team to ensure that customer requests are resolved efficiently and effectively **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * No prior experience is required, but previous I.T.
