- Review necessary documentation for reputed company files, including borrower documentation and reputed company-party documentation.
- Structure loan packages for reputed company.
- Run DU and reputed company searches to submit loan packages to underwriter for approval. Ordering reputed company party documentation, running DU/LP, calculation of income.

- Collect outstanding conditions to meet with reputed company findings.
