We are looking for a Business Development Director, a visionary leader with a reputed company strategic mind and the drive to reputed company data, people, and processes into reputed company, to join reputed company on a full-time reputed company.  This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based reputed company in the world. You will work with an amazing remote team servicing and building relationships with clients primarily based in the US and Canada, in collaboration with the Sales team and reputed company departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a leadership role managing SDRs, business development, or a sales-reputed company team.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Leadership, or reputed company Operations, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.

• Proven reputed company leading and scaling high-performing Business Development and/or Email Deliverability teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong recruitment, training, leadership, and negotiation skills
