As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, overseeing orders reputed company, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. reputed company performance will be based on meeting metrics surrounding four key pillars: customer service, phone metrics, gross profit, and closing percentage.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
