About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective way.
  • Focusing on customer retention by providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and promoting our services and products.
  • Providing customers with information about our organization's service standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
  • Completing call notes and call reports, updating them in our CRM system, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring that customer feedback is used to improve our services.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak multiple languages.
  • Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with proper grammar and a professional tone.
  • Excellent computer skills, with the ability to navigate our CRM system and other software applications.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Able to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, remaining composed and professional under pressure.
