About the Role: Customer Care Representative

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our vibrant Customer Care department. As a key member of our team, you will be primarily responsible for answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, agents, and funeral homes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and funeral homes, resolving issues and answering questions in a knowledgeable and empathetic way.
  • Utilize computer systems and software to access and update customer information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions.

Requirements: What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and skills:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, allowing you to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base.
  • Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and commitment to learning.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer operation skills are essential, including the ability to type at a speed of 35 words per minute and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to pay close attention to detail is crucial, ensuring that all customer interactions are accurate and of high quality.
  • Adaptability: A willingness to quickly learn new processes and procedures is vital, as our environment is dynamic and constantly evolving.
  • Schedules: We offer both full-time and part-time schedules. Our full-time schedule operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:45pm MST. Part-time schedules are open to discussion, allowing us to accommodate your needs and preferences.
