We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, processing orders, and escalating complaints across multiple communication channels. You'll also be required to work from home and must live in the State of Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering questions and resolving issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers, and plan sponsors. You'll triage resulting rework to appropriate staff and reputed company excellent customer services for high-volume inbound provider calls for the Claims Inquiry/Claims Research team. You'll also conduct extensive claims research on multiple platforms to assist providers with payment questions.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering questions and resolving issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers, and plan sponsors. * Triaging resulting rework to appropriate staff. * Providing excellent customer services for high-volume inbound provider calls for the Claims Inquiry/Claims Research team. * Conducting extensive claims research on multiple platforms to assist providers with payment questions. * Educating & assisting providers on our self-service reputed company. * Assisting providers with credentialing and re-credentialing and contracting questions and issues. * Assisting in compiling claim data for customer audits. * Determining medical necessity, applicable coverage provisions, and verifying member plan eligibility relating to incoming correspondence and internal referrals.

Required Qualifications

* MUST live in the state of Oklahoma full-time. * Familiarity with reputed company Office products. * Experience in highly transactional reputed company center environment. * Excellent customer service and critical thinking. * High-speed internet reputed company (25 mbps or higher) and consistent reputed company. * Work location must be set up with a reputed company reputed company to the router (NOT Wi-Fi). Education

Work Schedule
