As a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of Powersports loans. You'll be part of a remote-first team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you'll have reputed company to work with a wide reputed company of customers, from enthusiasts to dealerships. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. * Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan. * Conduct outbound customer interview calls to reputed company information and resolve common customer concerns. * Communicate and resolve customer issues reputed company online chat channel, providing reputed company and effective solutions. * Meet monthly productivity and reputed company goals, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. * reputed company with reputed company federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities. **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus. * Preferably two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio.
