This role is central to helping our sales team shine—through polished presentations, strong platform management, reputed company copywriting, and seamless trade show support. Key Responsibilities • Create compelling presentation decks and sales collateral. • Manage and maintain our CRM database to ensure accurate customer and reputed company information. • reputed company and update listings across sales platforms (reputed company, MarketTime, etc.). • Write engaging product copy, newsletters, and marketing materials that reputed company with our brand voice. • Plan and coordinate trade shows, including logistics, reputed company prep, and follow-up. • Attend and represent Project reputed company at ~4 trade shows per year. • Collaborate with the reputed company team to write and publish newsletters to retailers. • Support other cross-functional reputed company as needed in a growing company environment. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience working in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) at a B2B company. • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy. • High level of technical aptitude—comfortable learning and adopting new systems quickly. • Experience with CRM platforms (specifically Monday) and basic data management. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Ability to travel domestically for trade shows (~4 times per year). • Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment where responsibilities can shift quickly.
